Anyone! Community members, businesses, and organizations are all welcome to nominate a deserving individual, nonprofit, or group.

Yes. You may submit multiple nominations, but please use a separate form for each nominee.

• Nonprofit of the Year nominees must be a registered 501(c)(3).

• Other categories are open to individuals, businesses, or groups serving Baker County.

This award honors a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that has made an outstanding impact in Baker County. The recipient demonstrates exceptional leadership, innovative programs, and measurable results that improve the lives of those in our community.

Presented to an individual whose dedication and selfless service have significantly benefited Baker County. This honoree goes above and beyond, giving time, energy, and heart to create positive change and strengthen our community.

Celebrating an emerging leader — youth or adult — who is making a growing impact through volunteerism, advocacy, or service initiatives. This award recognizes fresh ideas, passion, and the promise of continued contributions to the community.

Acknowledging a business, civic group, or informal organization that consistently supports community improvement. Through resources, partnerships, or service projects, this honoree demonstrates that local leadership and generosity can inspire widespread change.

Nominations close on November 1, 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted. Winners will be celebrated at the Stars of Service Gala on February 21, 2026.

All nominees are strongly encouraged to attend the gala, as awards will be presented live during the event. Honorees will need to purchase tickets; tickets go on sale on November 1, 2025. Nominees will be notified the first week of November. If a nominee cannot attend and is selected as a winner, they will still be recognized publicly and notified after the gala.

A selection committee made up of community leaders and event organizers will review all submissions and choose honorees based on impact, service, and alignment with award criteria.
